Duties

- Lead energetic and well-structured yoga classes for groups of varying experience levels, ensuring safety and proper technique.
- Develop creative class plans that incorporate different styles of yoga to keep sessions fresh and engaging.
- Communicate clearly with participants, providing modifications and personalized guidance to accommodate individual needs.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages mindfulness, relaxation, and community building among attendees.
- Manage class schedules efficiently, maintaining punctuality and organization throughout each session.
- Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness,

- Promote upcoming classes and wellness programs to encourage ongoing participation and engagement.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Yoga Instructor or teacher, with a strong understanding of various yoga styles and techniques.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with students of all backgrounds.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Solid time management skills to coordinate class schedules effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and encourage personal growth among participants.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; certification from a recognized yoga training program is highly valued.
