Onward is a boutique community of 19 townhomes, duplexes and detached homes on No. 4 Road in Richmond. Construction is complete and the final three homes are selling from a fully furnished show home. We're looking for an experienced presale or sales-centre associate to host the show home and help us close out the community. What you'll do Host the show home during scheduled hours and by appointment Tour buyers and realtors through the home; present floor plans, pricing, deposit structure and completion timing with confidence Log every visitor in our appointment desk system and send same-day follow-ups Book and confirm private showings and realtor tours Keep the show home, signage and marketing materials presentation-ready Report traffic, feedback and hot leads to the team after each shift What you bring 1+ years working in a new-home sales centre or presale presentation centre (required) Polished, warm and articulate; comfortable with high-value buyers and realtors Organized, reliable and self-directed; comfortable with CRM and booking tools Weekend availability Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset A BC real estate licence is an asset,



not required; our licensed realtor handles offers and contracts Pay and schedule $30–$50 per hour, based on experience Sales bonus of $1,000 per home sold, paid once the sale is firm Part time, approximately 15 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday plus one weekday by appointment Contract runs until the final home sells, with first consideration for our next project This is an hourly employee position.
