Care Partners in Owen Sound and surrounding areas is seeking RN or RPN nurses to provide high-quality home-based care with adaptable scheduling and a supportive team environment. Nurses will deliver clinically skilled care, work within full nursing scope, and participate in care planning for patients in diverse settings, including in-home, clinics and schools.
The role offers hours from 8 am to 8 pm on a two-week rotation, with weekends and on-call shifts.
