This role encompasses both Intermediate and Senior Electrical Designers who will be part of a Product Engineering Team at one of Mac Lean's facilities. You will lead design initiatives, focusing on compliance, safety, and system integration for heavy mobile equipment.

Expect hands-on experience working alongside fellow engineers to push boundaries and innovate solutions in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership for DC, AC, and PLC systems
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior designers




- Manage design projects from concept to production
- Identify risks and drive cross-team solutions
- Review and approve designs ensuring production readiness

Requirements:

- Engineering Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution
- Preferred 5+ years in heavy equipment design
- Proficient in Solid Works and AutoCAD
- Competency in manufacturing processes
- Robust communication skills, multi-language is aplus
