- Processing financial transactions relating to projects.
- Reviewing and substantiating project budgets and claims and auditing documentation against funding rules.
- Maintaining claims templates, data, dashboards, and processes.
- Communicating with project participants.
- Analyzes claims data for ad-hoc reporting.
- Drives continuous improvement of processes/procedures with the goal of enhancing the overall efficiency of the claims process for all end-users.
- Supports system/platform rollouts and changes.
- Supports various Funding Agencies Advance and Reconciliation processes by:
- Compiling supporting documentation for reconciliations.
- Maintaining and providing documentation to corroborate spend.
- Supports other financial reporting and analysis by:
- Maintaining a strong financial and internal control environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- 2+ years of handling Financial Analysis duties.
- Solid excel (vlookups, pivot tables minimum), strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
Pay Range
- $30- $32 per hour
