This opportunity is well suited to a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience supporting receivables, invoicing, and payment tracking in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate customer accounts, support collections activity, and contribute to timely financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerApply incoming payments and reconcile customer accountsMonitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts in a professional mannerInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and account inquiriesMaintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentationPrepare account reconciliations, aging reports, and other receivables-related reportingSupport month-end close activities related to accounts receivableCoordinate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely resolution of issuesAssist with collections processes while maintaining positive customer relationshipsHelp ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting procedures, and documentation standardsProvide administrative and ad hoc accounting support as neededPostsecondary education in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePrevious experience in accounts receivable, billing,
