We seek a dedicated In-Person Tutor to work closely with students, assessing their strengths and weaknesses. This role involves preparing effective lesson plans and monitoring student progress while fostering a positive learning setting. Your ability to encourage critical thinking will help students gain confidence and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess student strengths and weaknesses for tailored lessons
• Prepare lesson plans and relevant materials for sessions
• Monitor and provide feedback on student progress
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students about their learning
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or High School diploma/GED
• Six months related tutoring experience
• Strong communication skills
• Innovative approach to teaching and learning
• Customer service experience preferred
