Waldhof Vineyard is hiring four Seasonal Vineyard Workers to support their operations. Candidates will apply techniques such as hoeing, planting, and managing vine growth. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can handle physical demands, including working long hours in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hoe between rows and transparent fields of debris
• Guide growing shoots for optimal development
• Maintain vine growth and manage grape cultivation
• Plant, irrigate, and cultivate crops effectively
• Harvest and clean the work area thoroughly
Requirements:
• Fluent in English with no formal education required
• Experience in farming is preferred
• Able to lift weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Willing to work overtime in various conditions
• Own transportation necessary for commuting
