Registered Nurse
About the role
As a Registered Nurse at Graceland Medical Clinic & Pharmacy, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care alongside our physicians and healthcare team. You will support patient assessments, chronic disease management, care planning, and clinical procedures while helping ensure a positive patient experience.
What you'll do
- Conduct patient assessments and collect clinical information
- Support chronic disease management and preventative care programs
- Administer treatments, injections, and clinical procedures as required
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and health management
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
What we're looking for
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in British Columbia
- Robust clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in primary care or community health is an asset
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
