We are looking for an experienced Building Superintendent to execute minor repair work, maintain equipment and installations, and perform preventative inspection of systems relating to building mechanics. The Building Superintendent will be based in office in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. ResponsibilitiesMake adjustments and minor repairs to heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems, and arrange for major repairs by qualified tradespersons when requiredContact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishmentPerform minor repairs on appliancesPerform safety and security checksMove heavy furniture, equipment and suppliesPerform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repaidWater and tend to plants, lawns and gardensClean snow and ice from walkways and parking areasWork with minimal supervision RequirementsTerms of employment: Permanent, full-timeHours: Day time and available on callLanguage of work: English or French2 to 3 years of professional experience requiredSecondary school diploma requiredMust be able to work in person in a rural area, under all weather conditionsMust hold a valid driver's licenceA criminal record check will be requiredAbility to handle physically demanding tasks, including up to 45 kg (100 lbs) of weight,
