As part of the RS team, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service while embodying MLSE's commitment to responsible hospitality. This role requires a proactive approach to guest interactions and adherence to regulatory policies. Prepare inventory and assist with bar operations to create an unforgettable atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly beverage service to all guests
• Ensure compliance with Smart Serve regulations
• Monitor inventory and prepare for service
• Respond to guest inquiries with informed answers
• Act as an ambassador for Real Sports and MLSE
Requirements:
• Available for various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Smart Serve certification is mandatory
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and multitask under pressure
