As a full time Registered Nurse with VON Canada, you will have the chance to deliver person-centred care across diverse age groups and conditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments for individual care plans
• Offer primary care in partnership with healthcare professionals




• Execute advanced wound care and chronic disease management
• Manage IV therapy and conduct phlebotomy tasks
• Facilitate rehabilitative and palliative care programs
Requirements:
• Must be licensed RN in the province of practice
