We provide detailed information regarding all aspects of the resort and its offerings. As the “voice” of Blue Mountain, we service Fully Independent Travelers (FIT),



conference guests and the general public.* Selling and reserving lodging for leisure, group and conference guests.* Selling and reserving bookable activities such as Snow School and Kids @ Blue offerings to independent travelers and locals.* Selling season passes and gift cards.* Consistently using the Blue Mountain Resorts sales script while striving to consistently achieve set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.* Providing accurate & detailed information and informing callers on resort offerings, inspiring exciting & transformational experiences.**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?*** Ability to thrives in a sales environment; some previous sales experience an asset* Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience an asset* Advanced computer skills: comfortable working with multiple systems and multi-tasking* Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills* Articulate, with an excellent command of the English language*\*This role is being posted to fill a vacant position*
