The Home Depot in the DC area is seeking a robust DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and drive safety, efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced distribution center. You will hire, evaluate, develop, discipline and terminate hourly associates as needed while guiding daily operations to meet goals. You will oversee 20–30 hourly associates, coach for high performance, maintain inventory accuracy and plan staffing in line with the business plan.
