From November 16 to December 31, 2026, LCBO seeks dedicated Holiday Customer Service Representatives. You will assist customers using our POS system, take part in store campaigns, and ensure a clean, secure environment. Build your skills through online training and create memorable shopping experiences during the festive season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using POS/Cash system efficiently
• Participate in the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Conduct Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Replenish stock, receive inventory, and face up products
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs and maintain store cleanliness
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods
