Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization with a longstanding presence in Southwestern Ontario, is seeking a Controller to join its finance leadership team.The Controller will oversee the organization's accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and internal control functions while leading a team of finance professionals.This is a highly visible role that combines technical accounting expertise, people leadership, and business partnering. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders and executive management to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionalsOversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting processesPrepare and present financial results to senior leadershipManage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activitiesAnalyze operational and financial performance and provide meaningful recommendationsMaintain the integrity of financial systems, internal controls, and reporting processesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and audit requirementsOversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, capital asset management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll-related activitiesDrive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cost reduction initiativesPartner with leaders across operations, production, supply chain, and administration to support business objectivesServe as a key contact for internal and external auditorsCPA designation requiredProgressive finance and accounting leadership experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controlsExperience with costing, inventory accounting, capital management,
