This full-time role requires developing technical skills and understanding key accounting principles like IFRS and GAAP. Engage with clients to assist in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statement preparation across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop skills in audits, compilations, and bookkeeping
• Manage files for new clients while conducting inventory counts
• Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Review financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy
• Collaborate effectively with client engagement teams
Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Working towards CPA Skilled Education Program prerequisites
• Previous accounting experience considered an asset
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Familiarity with accounting software preferred
