Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Insurance Claims Assessor to join their team in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log new insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
- Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances of each claim, gathering evidence and interviewing relevant parties.
- Assess damages or losses, utilizing appropriate valuation methods and tools.
- Determine liability and coverage based on policy terms and conditions.
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties within delegated authority limits.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Claims Assessor or similar role within the insurance industry.
