IF THIS PERTAINS TO YOU FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE FORTHCOMING BEFORE CLASSES START IN A SEPARATE EMAIL FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Degree: Masters related to field
- Degree: PhD related to field
- Prior Teaching Experience: Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
- Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: M.A (preferably PhD) in History or a related discipline. Successful experience in teaching college or university level History courses, evidence of ongoing scholarship as demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree: PhD related to field
- Prior Teaching Experience: Successful teaching related to field at college or university level.
- Research Experience: Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.
- Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: Quality and/or recent research activity related to Indigenous Histories in the Americas. Teaching and/or research expertise in the subject matter of the course will be considered an asset.
Days Required and Wages
- Days and Times Required: Tuesdays 7:00pm - 9:50pm Please note that students have already enrolled in this class and the timing cannot be changed.
- Period of the Work Agreement (Start Date and End Date): January 7, 2027 to May 7, 2027
