Paragon Sales is looking for a Product Advisor to join our sales team.

In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs. You will also guide them through the buying process and help make their experience easy and enjoyable.

You will meet new people, follow up with leads, and build strong customer relationships. Most importantly, you will help represent Paragon in our community.

Previous automotive sales experience is an asset. However, we are also looking for people who are willing to learn, work hard, and grow with our team.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Advisor, you will:

- Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Speak with customers in person, by phone, and online
- Follow up with leads and potential customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses
- Explain vehicle features, options, and available products
- Help customers through each step of the buying process
- Recommend products or services that may benefit the customer
- Keep customer information and sales activity updated in our CRM
- Work with our sales and marketing teams to promote vehicles, offers,



and events

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident, and professional
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups
- Comfortable using phones, computers, and online tools
- Able to build strong customer relationships
- Comfortable with basic math and pricing
- Ready to work as part of a team

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or the automotive industry is an asset.
