We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician with a valid Technician License and a strong background in servicing heavy machinery. You will play a crucial role in planning and executing repairs, as well as maintaining transparent communication with customers to uphold exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using Caterpillar tools • Repair Caterpillar diesel engines and heavy equipment • Prepare accurate service and repair reports promptly • Maintain solid customer relationships with regular communication • Support additional assignments to meet customer needs
Requirements: • Post-secondary education with a valid Technician License (Red Seal or 421A) • Minimum 3-5 years of Heavy Duty Technician experience • Proven mechanical and technical skills • Ability to follow safety procedures diligently • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
