Key Responsibilities:
• Assess suitability of caregiver applicants through interviews
• Counsel caregivers on placements and specific needs




• Provide assessment and referral services to families
• Monitor services from community support agencies
• Document caregiver history and maintain standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Social Work or Indigenous Social Work degree
• Relevant experience in social services or human services
• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Adaptable to work evenings and weekends
