Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental and physical assessments for clients
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling support




• Develop and implement care plans collaboratively
• Facilitate client transitions between care settings
• Participate in case conferences with peers
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN registration with BCCNM
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in crisis intervention and mental health treatment
• Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle
• Strong communication and assessment skills
