Our client, Purolator a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking an AM Sorter to join their team. As an AM Sorter, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Sorting Team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: AM Sorter

Location: Kanata, Ontario

Pay Range: $18 an hour

Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30am to 8:15am, Shift type: Overnight

What's the Job?

- Unloading and sorting freight efficiently and accurately
- Preloading up to 5 trucks while pulling assigned freight off conveyor belts
- Scanning, cubing, and reweighting packages to ensure proper handling




- Building positive relationships with team members including couriers, lead hands, and sorters
- Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers, and package vehicles

What's Needed?

- Own Vehicle and Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a time-sensitive workplace
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Attention to process, quality, and operational standards
