You'll also contribute to a positive work culture while completing communication and training tasks to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain club cleanliness to safety and standards
• Greet and assist members with warmth and knowledge
• Promote and manage membership sales effectively
• Educate on automated and virtual club options
• Report and escalate service concerns promptly
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience
• Robust verbal and written communication
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
