Fit4Less is looking for a Host to join its team, responsible for delivering superior customer service and ensuring a clean workout environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the club
• Provide warm greetings and friendly farewells to members
• Assist with membership inquiries and promotions
• Educate members on fitness amenities and processes
• Report cleanliness and service deficiencies promptly
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of team-based or volunteer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• WHMIS and First Aid certifications
• Ability to manage stress and work under pressure
