Data Entry Specialist (Medical Records)

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 5 days a week

Location: Burnaby, BC

Type: Full-time (9-hour days, includes a 30-min lunch + two 15-min breaks)

Responsibilities

- Data Processing: Review medical files and enter key information into our database with 100% accuracy.
- Keep the Flow Moving: Retrieve document cartons (30–50 lbs) from a pallet, bring them to your desk, process the files, and return them. (Happens about every 5–7 minutes, up to a 20-foot carry distance).
- Hit Your Goals: Maintain a high-frequency keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH (Keystrokes Per Hour).

Qualifications

- Speed & Accuracy: Lightning-fast typing skills with a sharp eye for detail (all work goes through a double-key verification).
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, lower, and carry boxes weighing 30–50 lbs from heights ranging from 13” to 45”.
- Safety & Style: Presentable, workplace-appropriate attire and protective foot wear must meet the ASTM F “Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective ( Safety) Toe Cap Footwear” with a “Better or Best” slip-resistant rating.

CA$20.00–CA$24.00 hourly
