Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associates prepare and ship holiday client orders accurately and efficiently. They help deliver an exceptional client experience during the seasonal fulfillment period from November 2026 through January 2027.
Responsibilities
- Pick, prepare, package, and ship client orders, prioritizing timely fulfillment.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy, and process order updates and client returns.
- Keep orders organized and secure, maintain packing and shipping supplies, and collaborate with store teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with computers and order management systems, and a service-oriented, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
