As a key member of the Stress Defense team in the Advanced Engineering group, you will conduct various structural analyses, report writing, and fatigue assessments. Your expertise will support Bombardier’s Challenger and Global platforms, enhancing their performance in specialized missions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural analysis using hand methods and finite element analysis
• Write technical reports meeting certification standards
• Develop fatigue missions based on customer profiles
• Conduct damage tolerance analyses
• Assemble full-scale GFEMs for configurations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering
• Minimum ten years aerospace industry experience
• Knowledge of TCCA/FAA/EASA regulations
• Capability to acquire Controlled Goods clearance
• Familiarity with Nastran, Patran, Hyperworks
