Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement onboarding and training programs
• Perform skills gap analysis and reporting every six months




• Develop resources such as job aids and checklists
• Review new colleague performance weekly with Operations team
• Coordinate in-depth lunch and learn sessions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Commercial Insurance or Surety
• Advanced knowledge of Applied Epic and Office 365
• Training or presentation experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Post-secondary education preferred
