This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences at retail stores across Ontario. As a holiday representative, you will assist customers, operate the cash system, and participate in sustainability campaigns. This position includes inventory management and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system
• Promote donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Conduct Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
• Lift various case sizes up to 40 lbs repeatedly
Requirements:
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Minimum 18 years old
• Comfortable working with customers and teammates
• Bilingual (English and French) is a bonus
• Available for holiday shifts on Christmas and Recent Year’s Eve
