We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Consultant to join a long-term contract opportunity in Toronto, Ontario within the casualty insurance sector. In this role, you will provide techno-functional leadership for the procure-to-pay workstream of a major Oracle Fusion implementation, helping ensure system configuration supports operational and business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery partners to guide decisions, validate setup choices, and support a smooth path through testing and execution.Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the procure-to-pay stream within the Oracle Fusion program and help drive progress across key project activities.- Review and challenge configuration decisions to confirm the solution reflects business objectives and practical operational requirements.- Partner with implementation vendors, internal IT teams, and finance stakeholders to coordinate delivery and resolve issues effectively.- Support test planning, execution, and issue follow-up to help maintain quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.- Collaborate with subject matter experts across accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and related functions to align system design decisions.- Provide clear stakeholder communication and influence discussions where priorities, requirements, or proposed approaches need refinement.- Apply Oracle Procurement and broader Oracle Fusion knowledge to identify risks, recommend improvements,



and strengthen project outcomes.- Contribute techno-functional expertise during project onboarding to quickly step into an active implementation environment.- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion in implementation or enhancement environments.- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting procure-to-pay initiatives, including Oracle Procurement processes.- Solid techno-functional capability with hands-on application configuration experience.- Background in the insurance industry, preferably within casualty or broader financial services environments.- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and manage communication across business and technical teams.- Confidence in navigating complex stakeholder environments and constructively challenging decisions when needed.- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals is considered an asset.- Oracle certifications would be viewed favourably.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
