Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-to-one coaching aligned with ICF standards • Observe and inspire advisors to enhance practice efficiency • Collaborate on onboarding and lifecycle development content • Facilitate mastery coaching circles for collaborative growth • Develop and support regional meetings through travel
Requirements: • ICF coaching accreditation or equivalent certification • Minimum 5 years in coaching or leadership roles • Advanced communication and problem-solving skills • Understanding of wealth management and industry trends • Experience with behavioral assessment tools preferred
