What You'll Do
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll combine business insight, financial analysis, and strategic thinking to make pricing recommendations that support company growth and profitability.
You will:
- Analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify pricing opportunities and trends.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance pricing models, tools, and reporting.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to implement pricing initiatives and customer price proposals.
- Analyze profitability for existing customers, services, and routes.
- Investigate pricing, and service data to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted internal resource for pricing-related questions and recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Support and mentor less experienced analysts while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED and equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with financial and operational data to support business decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong business acumen
Preferred
- Experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analysis, revenue management, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience analyzing financial, statistical, or operational data.
- Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Bilingual French and English is considered an asset.

Normal setting for this job is: office setting. Hybrid role - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays from office and Fridays from home.
Pay: The expected base pay range for this hybrid in Canada is $95,000.00 -$120,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus. This position is not for an existing vacancy
