You will lead the design process for hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare-related structures, working closely with medical professionals, clients, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of specialized healthcare facilities, ensuring optimal patient care and operational efficiency.
- Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications tailored to healthcare standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, and administrators, to define project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural)
and specialist consultants for healthcare projects.
- Manage project documentation, client relations, and project delivery in the Kimberley area.
Requirements
- Professional Architect qualification with a specialization in healthcare design.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, with a significant portion focused on healthcare projects.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare planning principles, medical equipment integration, and infection control design.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant architectural design software.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory approval processes for healthcare facilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
