As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while engaging in our Spirit of Sustainability campaign. This position requires effective teamwork, customer interaction, and a commitment to keeping our store organized and protected. Engage in paid training to learn about wine, beer, cider, and spirits, ensuring a memorable holiday shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers promptly using our POS system
• Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign




• Participate in customer surveys for experience improvement
• Receive inventory and replenish stock efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability on weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to lift heavy cases
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
