A minimum of four years of post-call experience is required, with an emphasis on software licensing and privacy. Your advisory role will be crucial in addressing emerging technology risks and ensuring firmwide compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Advise on technology, digital services,
and data privacy • Draft and negotiate various legal agreements • Support software procurement and digital service delivery • Conduct legal and regulatory research and analysis • Build relationships with stakeholders and outside counsel
Requirements: • Minimum four years of relevant post-call experience • Good standing with the Law Society of your province • Robust drafting and negotiation skills in technology agreements • Bilingual in French and English • Experience with emerging technologies like AI
