As a Clinical Manager, you will direct Youthab’s mental health programs and supervise the staff to ensure effective service delivery. Your expertise in assessment, therapy, and community resources will guide you in navigating crisis situations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction for mental health programs
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate program staff effectively
• Oversee daily operations,
referrals, and service delivery
• Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement program planning and improvements
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Registration with CRPO or OCSWSSW
• Five years of relevant supervisory experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and record management
• Valid driver’s license
