This role is responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities that help guide business decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, sound financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a dynamic operating environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysesSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting processesMonitor financial performance and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunitiesAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activitiesAnalyze operating results and key business drivers to support decision-makingPartner with finance and cross-functional teams to gather data and support business initiativesPrepare financial models and ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational prioritiesAssist with month-end close activities, accruals, and financial reconciliations as neededSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiencyEnsure financial information is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal policies and proceduresQualifications:Postsecondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related fieldExperience in financial analysis, financial planning, accounting, or a related finance roleStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting,
