Summary

The Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate prepares and processes holiday client orders accurately and efficiently. This temporary role supports timely fulfillment and a positive client experience during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

- Pick, prepare, package, and ship client orders, prioritizing them for timely fulfillment.
- Inspect merchandise, process order updates and client returns, and keep orders organized and secure.
- Maintain wrapping, packing, and shipping supplies and collaborate with store teams.

Requirements

- High school diploma.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Comfort with computers and order management systems, plus a service-oriented and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, during the seasonal period from November 2026 through January 2027.
