Job Description
Location: Various locations across Alberta
ThePharmacy Clerk supports the pharmacy team by handling administrative tasks, assistingwith inventory management, and providing customer service.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Assist in the preparationand processing of prescription orders and over-the-counter medications.
- Maintain inventory levelsand assist in ordering and restocking products.
- Provide customer service byanswering questions and directing inquiries to pharmacists as needed.
- Handle cash registertransactions and process payments.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean and organized,adhering to safety and health regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma orequivalent; additional training in pharmacy practices preferred.
- Robust organizational andmultitasking skills.
- Excellent communication andcustomer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations andmedication.
