Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Product Manager to oversee a portfolio including Optional Life and Critical Illness in Toronto. You will collaborate with Customer Experience, Finance, Data and Operations to implement strategies and support new offerings.
Reporting to the Product Director of Optional Benefits, you will lead cross-functional projects, conduct market research, and maintain governance documentation to drive product excellence within Group Advantages. This role is hybrid in Canada.
