Intact is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. You will track, monitor, and reconcile real estate project costs against budgets, forecasts, and contracts, flag variances, and develop business cases including ROI and NPV.
You will partner with Finance to develop annual real estate budgets, dashboards, and KPI reporting, while ensuring proper capitalization, accruals, and vendor payments. Solid Excel and BI skills are essential.
