As part of Medavie’s dedicated team, you will engage with the Group Insurance Pricing team to enhance financial performance across group health, life, and disability insurance. You will analyze pricing for complex corporate groups and manage internal and external inquiries while mentoring junior underwriters and leading process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish renewal and quote pricing for large corporate groups
• Analyze trends to support pricing recommendations
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding pricing
• Mentor underwriting staff through coaching and reviews
• Lead projects focused on process improvements
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of Group Underwriting experience
• Post-secondary education in business or related field
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
• Proficient communication skills in English and French
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
