In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Procurement, IT, and Finance leadership to provide meaningful financial insights that drive cost optimization, process improvement, and informed decision-making across the organization.What You'll Be DoingForecasting, Planning & BudgetingSupport operations, procurement, and planning teams through forecasting, scenario analysis, and trend analysisMonitor and analyze costs across the business unit, ensuring alignment with forecast and budget, and provide clear variance explanationsBuild and maintain cost models and evaluate effectiveness based on historical trends, input costs, and market conditionsIdentify efficiency opportunities by automating manual processes and eliminating non-value-added activitiesTrack travel expenses and ensure adherence to corporate policyMonitor IT spend and partner with IT to analyze budget vs. actual resultsControllership, Month-End & ReportingTrack and calculate freight and tariff/duty accruals; analyze forecast vs. actual and collaborate with logistics on variancesMaintain KPIs and trackers for purchase price variance (PPV),



providing insights to operations and procurementAnalyze payroll expenses and direct labor variances related to productivity or rate changesPrepare and post journal entries related to payroll, benefits, and travel expensesProvide month-end analytical support to the Controller, including headcount, PPV, and travel spend analysisData Analysis & Business InsightsManage and enhance existing Excel-based dashboardsIdentify key performance indicators and design dashboards that deliver actionable insightsTranslate complex financial data into clear, non-technical insights for business stakeholdersAnalyze material, labor, and overhead costs and establish supplier spend trendsSkills & CapabilitiesStrong understanding of business and financial principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to influence, collaborate, and manage stakeholder expectationsStrong organizational and time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentHighly collaborative team player who thrives in an onsite settingCore CompetenciesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with reporting toolsAbility to extract, analyze, and interpret large data setsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail with a proactive,
