This leadership role is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to support strategic and operational decision-making in a dynamic business environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closePrepare and review financial statements, management reports, and supporting analysisLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesMaintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial proceduresSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementMonitor financial performance and provide analysis to support leadership decision-makingCoordinate external audits, tax support, and year-end working papersEnsure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policiesSupervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff as applicableIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiencyQualifications:CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting credentialProgressive experience in accounting and finance, including leadership responsibilityStrong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting,
