Senior Manager, Demand PlanningLocation: Brampton, ON Schedule: Onsite, 5 days/week Term: 6-month contract Rate: $110,000 - $130,000 (per annum, pro rated)Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to provide interim coverage. This role will lead demand planning for the Canadian market, manage a team of 3 planners, and partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to support forecast accuracy, inventory continuity, and service levels.ResponsibilitiesLead demand planning and forecasting for a Canadian finished goods portfolioManage, coach, and support 3 direct reportsReview forecast inputs, analytics, and reporting to improve forecast qualityPartner with commercial and supply teams to align on demand plans and prioritiesMonitor inventory, supply risks, and planning KPIsProvide dashboard reporting and exception-based analysisSupport supplier coordination and cross-functional planning activitiesHelp improve planning processes, data quality, and system usageQualifications7+ years of demand planning or supply chain experiencePrior people leadership experienceBackground in regulated/product-based industries including pharma, food, CPG, manufacturing, or other Strong forecasting, analytics, and inventory planning experienceAbility to influence stakeholders and challenge assumptions effectivelyStrong ERP required,
