• Coordinate daily production schedules to optimize workflow
• Oversee reception, inventory management, and outgoing shipments




• Assist in product development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation, work instructions, and quality control reports
Requirements:
• Experience in manufacturing; knowledge of polyurethane is a strong asset
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with tools and production equipment
• Robust organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of quality control and measurement tools
• French fluency required; English skills are an asset
