Position Overview

We are looking for aTemporaryParts Shipper & Receiver to join our team atRegina Honda .The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotiveindustry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Primary Duties andResponsibilities

- Responsible forreceiving all deliveries and verifying bills of lading.
- Implements proper orderand follow-up system for parts and comeback orders.
- Verifies and shelvesall stock orders or returns in the inventory system.
- Distributes parts intobins for collection,



distributes special order parts and destroys allauthorized replaced warranty parts.
- Prepares all outgoingshipments.
- Assisting all retailand wholesale customers in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Preparation of theparts deliveries including reviewing all invoices, preparation of deliverorders and load the vehicle in delivery sequence.
- Transports parts to andfrom wholesale accounts and other dealerships. Delivery route is bothlocal and out of town.
- Ensures the partsvehicle is prepared daily for use and maintains driver bin in a clean andorderly fashion.a

Qualifications Required

- You possess a validClass 5 Drivers License with a clean abstract.
- Requires clear writtenand oral communication and a focus on excellent customer service
- Ability to accuratelyreview and complete documentation
- Excellentorganizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize task
- Must be able toeffectively deal with customer’s requests or complaints
- Strong attention todetail
- Forklift experience ispreferred
- Must be computerliterate with Microsoft office experience. Must have an ability to use avariety of programs and learn new ones easily.
