The role calls for both analytical rigour and relationship management. You'll track campaign performance , extract actionable insights, handle objections, and maintain account hygiene while keeping customer business goals at the centre of every recommendation.

Responsibilities
The position covers the full account management cycle for large retail customers: from uncovering marketing goals through to campaign execution, performance analysis, and pipeline development. You'll work across Google's advertising products and collaborate with internal sellers to deliver results that are clearly tied to customer objectives.
- Lead client meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, then translate them into actionable campaign strategies
- Drive campaign results , quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and achieve business growth goals
- Analyze campaign data , ensuring performance is accurately tracked and that results align with customer objectives
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identify qualified growth opportunities, and build pipeline for future customer growth
Requirements / Skills
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) and at least two years in a sales, advertising,
or account management role are required. Several preferred qualifications add specificity around the type of environment and the advertising products involved; candidates who meet most of them will be better positioned for this role.

- Sales or account management experience: 2 years in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting (required)
- Complex organization experience: 2 years working in a complex, matrixed organization (preferred)
- Digital marketing campaign management: 1 year managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies (preferred)
- Google advertising products: experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile) and Google Analytics, with in-depth knowledge of online advertising models including Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile, and Video (preferred)
- Product knowledge: familiarity with performance, display, search, mobile, and video products (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting. Preferred: 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization; 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies; experience working with or supporting advertising products like Google Ads and Google Analytics.
